The work before the studio
We spent years inside delivery—shipping web, mobile, and internal tools with teams that were brilliant but stretched thin. The pattern was always the same: big ambitions, tight timelines, and a gap between strategy decks and software that actually shipped.

The gap we kept seeing
Product teams didn’t need another slide deck or a handoff that fell apart in Jira. They needed a partner who could sit with them through discovery, design, build, and launch—without enterprise overhead or endless change requests.

Starting Codemondo
In 2024 we founded Codemondo in Malaysia as a small, independent studio—embedded by default. One team for UX, engineering, and pragmatic AI, with clear scope and honest trade-offs from day one.
